Our CMM & Optical inspection room is set up with precision equipment for measurement of in-process and finished components. We CMM inspect 100% of electrodes prior to EDM burning, as well as the post EDM process steel components. Inspection tools include CNC optical measuring systems and CNC controlled co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM).
